A: As long as the artwork is your own, you may submit previously published sketches.

Many people confuse owning a copyright with registering a copyright. In general, copyright registration is a legal formality intended to make a public record of the basic facts of a particular copyright. It is not necessary to register your copyright in order to have copyright protection.

A: Absolutely. You retain all ownership rights to your Content. OurFashionLine does not claim ownership of any Content you publish on the Site. You are free to use your Content on ourfashionline (as long as you comply with our Terms of Use), elsewhere online or offline in any manner you choose at any time.

A: Publishing your artwork on ourfashionline.com leaves you free to do whatever you want with your designs. If you wish to sell your work go right ahead and do so. The designs are yours absolutely.

A: Each month, we have a design contest. The winner is based on member’s vote, therefore everyone have the chance to win. These entries that exhibit a unique perspective or artistic design skills will be recognized and voted upon the members. Based on the scores and the number of vote by the end of each month, we will have our winner.
